K9 Oakley & Investigator C. Radford
Team Mascot Oakley & Inv Radford
K9 Oakley proudly serves the RCSD and is our team mascot. Her and her handler, Investigator Radford work in the Special Victims Unit, and Oakley is trained in detecting any type of electronics, or electronic devices. There are very few K9s across the nation with her skill set. She is a huge asset to the department, and just fun to hang out with.
